was used to heat rail and force it to buckle. Our clamps held high amperage electrical connections to the rails. Rail buckling can be a
problem during the summer with welded rail, which is now the standard.
This test was part of a research program sponsored by the Federal Railroad
Administration in the early 80's. ROSE PARADE FLOAT (California Polytechnic University 2001) The students building the University's 2001 Rose Parade float used Kant-Twist clamps for mounting the motor and constructing the foundation. Primarily used for holding components together for welding. MILLING MACHINE HOLD-DOWN With a wide range of sizes and jaws that can adapt to any situation, our clamps are used around the world to hold complex shapes for milling.
